Jackie holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State University of Northridge in Finance & Real Estate with a minor in Sociolology. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

She began her professional career working in the non-profit community for 4 years as an accountant, and then transitioned into the world of insurance as a Financial Analysis Manager at Anthem-Wellpoint, Inc.  With both her education and professional experience, Jackie has developed powerful skill sets in risk and profitability analysis, underwriting, claims and administrative expenses.  It is rare in the insurance industry to have someone so experienced and knowledgeable in so many areas working directly with clients.

Jackie joined Professional Insurance Associates, Inc. in 2005. She truly enjoys helping her clients to improve their businesses in the process of structuring their insurance programs and facilitating connections to other needed business services.

Francine Francine holds more insurance specific designations than any other ACIC Agent/Broker including: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW).

With a strong risk management background and deep understanding of underwriting and claims. Francine is a priceless resource for higher profile clients with larger policies, bigger organizations and more complex needs.

Anhdy Nguyen, GRI
Transportation Insurance Consultant

Anhdy holds a Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is licensed as a Fire/Casualty & Life Broker-Agent and a Real Estate Broker. He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He began his professional working career in the 1980s as an engineer.  As an engineer, his biggest assets were his passion for fine tuning details while maintaining a big picture perspective on how each piece came together to make something function.

In the 1990s, he took his passion for process and details, and moved into the legal field helping his cousin, an attorney, to start an insurance litigation law firm in Glendale.

Anhdy then turned his attention and focus to the real estate, finance and insurance industries, where he continues to excel.  In 2004 he started the HAD Insurance Associates agency specializing in Personal & Commercial Insurance and Group Health benefits.

Lynn Diep
Commercial Sales Manager

Lynn is licensed as a Fire/Casualty & Life Broker-Agent, and Variable Contracts specializing Mid-Market Commercial accounts such as Supermarket, Manufacturing and Import/Export Businesses over the past 25 years.

She graduated from Cal State University of Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and speaks 5 different languages fluently including Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish and English.

She began her professional career in the 1980s as a Farmers Independent Agent. In the 1990s, she started her own independent agency in San Fernando Valley.

Lynn is perhaps the best salesperson at ACIC, not because she’s pushy, but because she of her friendly nature and ability to see and understand things from multiple perspectives. Speaking 5 languages doesn’t hurt either.
